The headrest and harness are easy to adjust to ensure a comfortable fit and the harness stays conveniently open when the child is lifted in and out. When used with a Maxi-Cosi base unit, the car seat provides a highly convenient click-and-go system. Simply lift the Pebble out of the car and place it onto a Maxi-Cosi or Quinny stroller. The Pebble is also part of the car seat family, offering up to approx. 4 years of ISOFIX safety and ease-of-use.

Yes, you may install the Maxi-Cosi Pebble on the front passenger seat, but only if the airbag has been deactivated.
Can my premature newborn be transported in the Maxi-Cosi Pebble?
We advise against using any kind of infant car seat for premature babies. The use of a car seat is not recommended until the child has reached a healthy weight of 2500 grams: NEW GUIDELINE: ANY CHILD THAT IS ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE HOSPITAL MAY BE TRANSPORTED IN A GROUP 0+ CAR SEAT
Can the Maxi-Cosi CabrioFix or Maxi-Cosi Pebble be installed in the car using a 2-point seat belt system?
The Maxi-Cosi CabrioFix and Maxi-Cosi Pebble are not designed to be installed using a 2-point seat belt system. These car seats may only be installed using a 3-point seat belt system (approved in accordance with the ECE R16 standard) or, preferably, onto the Maxi-Cosi FamilyFix base or 2wayFix base, which is attached directly to the IsoFix anchor points in the car.
Can the Maxi-Cosi Pebble be used in an airplane?
Yes, the Maxi-Cosi Pebble can be used in an airplane. The seat has special certification for this purpose (TUV certifitcate).
Does the Maxi-Cosi Pebble sun canopy provide UV protection?
The Maxi-Cosi Pebble sun canopy is made of black fabric that protects against both sunlight and UV rays.
On which pushchairs can I place the Maxi-Cosi Citi, Maxi-Cosi Cabrio(Fix) or Maxi-Cosi Pebble?
The Maxi-Cosi Citi, Maxi-Cosi Cabrio(Fix) and Maxi-Cosi Pebble from model year 2001 and up can be used with all pushchairs/Maxi-Taxis from Maxi-Cosi (using the right adapters). From model year 2002, these car seats also fit on Quinny brand pushchairs, with the exception of the new Quinny Zapp, on which only the Maxi-Cosi Cabrio(Fix) or Maxi-Cosi Pebble can be placed. It is also possible to place the Maxi-Cosi Citi, Maxi-Cosi Cabrio(Fix) or Maxi-Cosi Pebble on pushchairs of a number of other makes. Ask your retailer.
Is it possible to fit 3 car seats on the back seat?

From what age can the support pillow be removed from the Maxi-Cosi car seat?
The support pillow provides your child with added comfort right after birth. There is no specific age at which the support pillow should be removed from the Maxi-Cosi car seat.This depends on the size of your child. Once you notice that your child is no longer lying comfortably because his or her head is lying on the ‘roll’, you can remove the support pillow from the Maxi-Cosi car seat.
Where can I find the integrated sun canopy on the Maxi-Cosi Pebble?
On the back of the Pebble coming out from the rim you will find two small taps that are attached to the sun canopy. You can pull on these tabs to extract the sun canopy and attach it to the carrying handle.
